Oeuf（ウフ）は、フランス語で卵という意味。今回は人気のCafe Oeuf(カフェウフ)をご紹介します。
Cafe Oeufは、2005年４月に宜野湾市の長田にオープンしました。EM卵を使用したケーキがとっても人気のナチュラルカフェで、20代～30代をの男女を中心に幅広い客層に愛されています。
お隣の雑貨屋さんと同じく、スタッフの手によって作られた店内は、クラフト感あふれる仕上がり。なるべくは自然材料を使うよう心がけ、イス以外はスタッフが愛情を込めて手づくり。
‘より良いもの'を心がけ、日々の改良を続けているのだとか。
手づくりの机と、個性あふれるお皿たちにマッチするランチョンマットは、ハンドメイドならではのジャストサイズ。足りないものがあったら、時間があるときに店内にちょこんと配置されているミシンでさっと作ってしまうのだとか。
新鮮野菜とEM卵にこだわりをもつCafe Oeuf(カフェウフ)。
お肉やお魚は業者さんとお話して、より新鮮な食材を仕入れています。もちろんお野菜もシェフ自ら鮮度を見比べ、その日その日の新鮮な食材でメニューを考えるのだそう。
旬の食材を利用したランチは大人気！今後はさらに材料の質を上げていきたいとのこと。今後がますます楽しみになりますね。
人気の自家焙煎コーヒー豆は、お客様からの要望でテイクアウトもはじめました。
その日だけ出会える彩り豊かなパスタに、EM卵をぽんとのせました。
そして野菜嫌いが治ってしまいそうなほど素敵に飾られたお野菜。
Oeuf(ウフ)のトマトなら食べることができるかも、とトマト嫌いが直ったお客様もいるのだとか。
前菜とパスタのお野菜はかぶらないよう考慮しているそうです。
ケーキセット /紅茶とセットでお腹が満たされます。
黒ごまのチーズケーキ /スタッフの女の子達によって考え出された口どけ豊かな一品。
お野菜 /お野菜は全体的に甘みがあり、とっても柔らか。
キャラメルマキアート /もこもこ泡が楽しいね。
Cafe Oeufならではなのが、手づくり感をアップさせる‘手書きのメニュー + 絵本’。
とっても可愛らしいメニューを見ていると、子どもの頃に戻ったみたい。絵本を読んでしまうことも。現在は３種類あり、どれが当たるかは当日のお楽しみです。
その他にも、引き出しの中に絵本や葉が入っていたり、照らされた光が小鳥の形になっていたり。各テーブルにちょこんと置かれた本など、待ち時間を退屈しないようにと楽しい要素が隠されていますよ。
Cafe Oeufでは、貸しきりパーティーなどのイベントも行うことができます。プランはお客様と相談の上、予算に応じて設定いたしますのでお気軽にスタッフにお尋ねくださいね。

And though Nikolay Sergeyitch was sometimes extremely gloomy, they could not be apart for two hours at a time without distress and uneasiness. They had made a sort of tacit compact not to say a word about Natasha, as though she had passed out of existence. Anna Andreyevna did not dare to make any allusion to her in her husband’s presence, though this restraint was very hard for her. She had long ago in her heart forgiven Natasha. It had somehow become an established custom that every time I came I should bring her news of her beloved and never-forgotten child.
