今回は、沖縄市にあるホテル・サンタクルス、サンタフェを管理しているサンタ姐さんにお話を伺いました。

コンセプトのモダンアジアンを存分に味わえるVIPルーム（写真右上）。他部屋と同じ料金で利用できてとってもお得です。あまりの人気に常に満室状態の為、VIPルームにすぐに入れた人は本当にラッキー！入れなくっても根気よく通い続けてみて。きっと満足できる空間がそこにはあります。
Snata.Cruzでは手づくりのパンが大人気。実はホテル以外からも注文がきてしまう、パン屋さん顔負けの手づくりパンなのです。テイクアウトをするお客様や、パン目的で入室してしまう方も。そんな人気のサンタのパンは、毎週火曜日と金曜日に焼き上げます。もちもちっとした食感は、いつでもできたてのパンを用意しているから。
初めてのお客様もドキドキすることはありません。本当に無料で手づくりデザート（コーヒーorティーのセット）を味わうことができます。
少し甘みを抑えた上品なケーキはなんと10種類以上！
さらにはケーキの日、くずもちの日、ぜんざいの日など、利用の度に違った味に出会えるかも。イベントに合わせてデザートも衣替えを行います。クリスマスにはクリスマス用にちょっとおしゃれに飾って。楽しみですね。
お正月にサービスしているのは“お雑煮”。このお雑煮サービスを初めてもう５年になるそうです。沖縄ではお正月にお雑煮を食べるという習慣がないので、「お雑煮ってなんですか？」と聞かれたこともあるそう。このサンタ特製手づくりデザートも、あまりの人気に制作が追いつかなくなることもしばしば。すぐにできるメニューも常に３つほどは用意しているものの、GWや大型の連休の時にはケーキの調達に出ることもあるのだとか。
