沖縄県内ではあまり見られない、スタイリッシュでモダンなカフェを目指しているというカフェテラスニライ。北谷町美浜の海を前にしてのカフェテラスはどこか外国のよう。本を読みながら一息ついてみたり、ランチのあとに海沿いをゆっくりお散歩なんていいかも。毎週日曜日には、県内で活動するアーティストのライブなども行っていて、ジャズ・オールディーズ・アコースティックなどと幅広いジャンルの音楽を楽しむことができます。
「沖縄にあって沖縄にない雰囲気を楽しんでほしい。イタリアンに対する敷居が高いイメージを無くしていきたい。県内におしゃれなカフェバーがもっと増えれば。」と、笑顔で語ってくれたのはオーナーの田中さん。彼はこれまでに東京や福岡、そして沖縄県内ホテルバーでシェフとしての経験を積んできたそうです。
彼が腕を振るうランチはおいしい食べ物に目が無い女性に大人気！日替わりのプレートの種類は、パスタセット・ハンバーグセット・ベーグルサンドセット・焼きタコライスセットなどなど！外せない食後のデザートはもちろん全て手作りで、中でも抹茶のブリュレ、黒糖ブリュレ、黒ゴマのプリンなどが人気なんだとか。
オススメメニューは、生地から手作りしているという「キノコの白いピザ」。ピザの材料としては珍しい豆乳を使うことで、しっかりとした焼き上がりになっています。オリジナルメニューの焼きタコライスは、ひき肉・チーズをオーブンで焼き、ミートソースで仕上げた人気メニューとのこと！是非お試しくださいね。
貸切予約は３０名様からお受けしているとのこと。お客様の予算に合わせてカフェテラスニライが最適なプランを提案してくれます。テラス席を含め５０席程と広々しているので、貸切イベントなんかも開催できちゃうかも。（貸切は３０名様より）
お客様の要望に柔軟に対応できるよう心がけているというニライ。お客様の意見を吸収してどんどん成長しているようです。今後のビジョンには個展などの開催もあるそうで、そういった人たちが気軽に集える場所にしていきたいと語ってくれました。
