普段、食事の中心としていただく機会が少ないフルーツたちが、ここブリリアンテでは主役です。
缶詰やフローズンフルーツは極力使用せず、新鮮なフルーツだけを使用しています。さらにフルーツを美味しく召し上がっていただくため、ご注文を受けてから一つ一つ皮をむいて丁寧につくっています。
訪れる季節によって、その四季おりおりのフルーツを堪能することができるなんてとっても素敵！
ブリリアンテのパフェなどにたっぷりと入っているのは、ヨーグルトをベースにしたブリリアンテのオリジナルアイスクリーム。 フルーツの自然な甘味を引き立てたいということで、甘さは控えさっぱりとした味わいに仕上げています。
ブリリアンテのメニューに仲間入りしたのはフードメニュー！カレー＆ブリリアンテのタコスとのことですが、もちろんただのカレーやタコスではありません！こちらもふんだんにフルーツを使い贅沢な仕上がりに。
今後は、店舗裏手にすでに用意してあるという敷地を利用して果樹園を作り、島バナナやマンゴー、アセロラ、シークワーサー、グアバなどなど、果樹園で生まれたフルーツを使ったメニューの展開も考えているのだとか。とはいえ収穫までには３～５年ほどかかる見通しのため、今後じっくり取り掛かりたい計画とのこと。
